Inclusion Disclaimer Addendum to Terms and Conditions

This Inclusion Disclaimer Addendum (“Addendum”) is incorporated into and forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) entered into between Employ Africa and its users or clients (“Party” or “Parties”).

  1. Recruitment Criteria and Promotion: Employ Africa hereby expressly emphasizes that the recruitment criteria and the associated promotion of any job vacancies, services, or events are strictly based on specific requests received from clients. Employ Africa shall not be deemed to endorse or exhibit bias towards any particular demographic group, individual, or entity.

  2. Liability Absolution: The Parties acknowledge and agree that Employ Africa shall not bear any liability, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise, arising from or in connection with the recruitment criteria, job postings, services, or events promoted on its platforms. The Parties further agree to release and hold Employ Africa harmless from any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise from such postings or promotions.

  3. Political and Socio-Cultural Neutrality: Employ Africa maintains a stance of neutrality with respect to political, socio-cultural, and related issues. It does not endorse, support, or promote any particular political or socio-cultural agenda.
