Job Opportunity: Site Manager (Basotho Nationals Only)

We are seeking a locally based Site Manager to join our team in Lesotho for a 1-year contract (with possible extension). This is a hands-on role based in a factory environment, and we’re looking for someone who can manage both operational and HR functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth shift rotations

• Coordinate medicals, PPE distribution, and compliance with safety standards

• Handle local HR and IR matters, including discipline, grievances, and general staff welfare

• Act as the key site contact for all workforce and management coordination

• Ensure all site processes run efficiently and in line with company policies

Requirements:

• Must be Lesotho-based and a Lesotho national

• Proven experience in a factory, construction or site-based environment

• Strong knowledge of HR/IR practices

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Able to lead by example and maintain a professional work culture on site
